If the media currently shown in the media view is a 3D model file, you can change the position in 3D space of the viewing light.

Use the left slider to move the light left and right along the X-axis, the center slider to move the light up and down along the Y-axis, and the rightmost slider to move the light backwards and forwards along the Z-axis.
